To enjoy your bowl, simply tear off the granola cup, and thaw the bowl at room temperature for 15 minutes or microwave for 10-15 seconds. Remove the paper seal off the bowl, stir until soft & creamy. Sprinkle the granola & add fruit and other toppings of choice. YUM!
