Our award-winning oats Organic Steel Cut Oats are freshly milled from organic oats and cut into two-three pieces on a steel burr mill. Also known as Irish oats or pinhead oats, steel cut oats create a hot cereal that is chewy and full-bodied, and can be used to make risotto, pilaf, dumplings, arancini and more. While steel cut oats have a longer cooking time compared to rolled oats, they’re well worth the effort. These whole grain oats are a good source of fiber and provide 4 grams of protein per serving.
